This portrait of a fashionably dressed flapper wearing a feather-decorated hat and a dress decorated with rosebuds is just lovely. We have not been able to identify the model and she may simply have been a woman of taste who sat for a portrait. But, if you recognize her as a star of stage or screen, please let us know, so we can give her top billing.
