Darling image! What a costume :) Stage performer Bonita Berol is not someone about whom we've found any history, but the very fact that her name is commercially printed on this card suggests she was a professional. Less established theatrical acts often had their name hand-written on the photo-negative by the studio in short run printings of promotional RPPCs. Just guessing, we think European card, a lot like many we see from Italy, and late 1920s. Probably quite rare, one you're unlikely to see again, and so charming!
