Beautiful image of Belle Epoque music hall artiste Marthe Derminy probably taken by Leopold Reutlinger circa 1905, but unsigned. No publisher mark either and it almost looks like an offset press print rather than a photographic print. Posted in 1905.
We have not been able to find any biographical info on Mlle. Derminy, still looking, but it does appear that later in her life, she made appearances in a number of French musical romance films in the 30s and 40s, though it is possible this was another Marthe Derminy.
