Clean, unposted couples romance postcard featuring wonderful expressions and a snappy Art Deco abstract background, published in France sometime in the 20s, or possibly as late as the 1930s...now...how would you feel if you opened up that mailbox on Valentine's day and found this card waiting inside with a love note from your sweetie? Pretty swell, huh? Well, I bet they would too :) Incidentally, we would recommend that if you like this idea, you send it in an envelope with an enclosed note, thereby preserving the wonderful condition of this antique postcard!
If there were two little cloud bubbles signifying "thoughts" above the heads of these two, we think his would read "Ah, mon Cher, I can hardly restrain myself...j'adore....l'amour...etc." while hers would read, "Now let me see...what can I wear to that job interview? I want to appear sensible,..chocolate... but not too much so...that smart little blue dress, I think...chocolate...the one with the cute cuffs...yes, that one will do nicely...mmm...chocolate."
Great image, great unposted condition, with only very minor wear to edges and corners. Please examine our high res scans for detail.
Postage is for first class shipping in a secure photo mailer, and we happily combine shipping on all paper goods. If you purchase two cards, we will refund the postage on the second card, and when you purchase three or more cards from us at the same time, your shipping will be entirely free, except for international orders which, because of sudden increases in international shipping rates will still be charged one card's shipping fees on orders of three or more.
