So sweet! Love the whole Art Nouveau preoccupation with the old world. Great stuff. The lovely young brunette playing the male part is holding the ancient double flute (called the Aulos, in ancient Greece), which Plato associated with the ecstatic cults of Dionysus! (thank you Wikipediia!) Click once on the image to get a nice close up. Great resolution, and these two were So charming. Minor corner and edge wear with a couple of tiny creases in corners. Please examine our high res scans for detail.
